Patient to leave the practice.

Patient to sign consent form.

You will then be escorted to the surgery whilst not touching any surfaces and door handles.

Patient seated in dental chair, goggles and bib put on patient.

After treatment has finished you will be
escorted to reception.

When attending for your appointment please push the buzzer marked Flat No 1 outside the entrance to the practice building to the right of the blue front door.
02/
Please then enter the hallway and wait outside the white door to the practice. A member of staff will open the practice door to let you into the surgery waiting area.
03/
Please come alone to your appointment. Only minors and vulnerable adults may be accompanied at this time.
04/
Please try to respect the 1 meter social distancing as much as possible in the practice and wear a face mask when you attend.
